Andrew Wildman, LNHA
Administrator
Andrew Wildman brings more than 14 years of experience in long-term care management to his role as Administrator at Wilton Meadows. Throughout his career, Andrew has developed a strong foundation in healthcare operations and resident services, with a focus on creating supportive environments where residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home.
Andrew attended Ohio University and the University of Connecticut, where he built the educational foundation that supports his leadership in senior care. Before becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), he held key roles as an Admissions Director and Business Office Manager. These experiences gave him a well-rounded understanding of both the clinical and operational aspects of long-term care, helping him lead teams that prioritize quality care and exceptional service.
Andrew is especially passionate about resident-centered care, outstanding customer service, and fostering a comfortable, secure environment for residents, families, and staff. He believes that strong communication, compassion, and teamwork are essential to delivering the highest standard of care.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys golfing, hiking, playing the drums, and spending time with his wife and friends.
Samantha Milone
Director of Admissions
Samantha is dedicated to support residents, families, and community partners with transitioning into short term rehabilitation and/or long-term care. As the Director of Admissions, Samantha works diligently with hospitals, assisted livings, physicians, and families to educate and facilitate residents coming to our facility for person-centered care. With over 13 years’ experience at Wilton Meadows, Samantha continues to be a friendly smile and helping hand to residents and families. She has a special place in her heart for this facility as she has watched it grow since she was a child and then joining our team in adulthood. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Gail Tuscano
Concierge
Gail is deeply dedicated to bringing joy, comfort, and a true sense of belonging to every resident and family who walks through the doors at Wilton Meadows. She believes that small moments of kindness and celebration can make a big difference during challenging times.
As Concierge, Gail warmly welcomes new residents and families during admissions, stays closely connected throughout their stay with thoughtful check-ins, and creates special theme days that brighten the entire community and give residents something joyful to look forward to.
Gail brings 10 years of compassionate service in senior living and rehabilitation settings. She is passionate about listening, building genuine relationships, and helping every resident and family member feel seen, valued, and supported during their time with us.
Outside of work, Gail cherishes time with her daughter and two granddaughters. She enjoys gardening, reading, and going to the beach.
Priscella Clarke, MSW
Director of Social Services
Priscella Clarke, LMSW, is the Director of Social Service who is passionate about connecting with residents and guiding them through life’s major transitions. She is committed to building trust, advocating for compassionate care, and supporting residents and their families during difficult moments. By putting herself in each resident’s shoes, she continues her dedication to geriatric social work, helping seniors maintain independence and quality of life. With over 16 years of experience serving older adults, Priscella brings warmth and understanding to her work. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and practicing self-care.
Teri Anderson, LMSW
Social Worker
Teri Anderson brings more than 20 years of experience in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care to her role as Social Worker and Discharge Planner at Wilton Meadows. She is deeply committed to advocating for her residents and providing compassionate support to both residents and their families throughout their stay.
In her role, Teri works closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure that each resident’s social, emotional, and discharge planning needs are thoughtfully addressed. She helps coordinate smooth transitions of care while ensuring residents and families feel informed, supported, and confident in the next steps of the care journey.
Teri is passionate about building meaningful connections with residents and families, helping them navigate the healthcare process while ensuring their voices and preferences are heard.
Outside of work, Teri enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with friends.
Teresa Merino-Correa
Business Office Manager
Teresa is dedicated to supporting residents and families by helping make the financial side of care clear and manageable during their time at Wilton Meadows Healthcare. As Business Office Manager, she leads the business office, oversees billing, accounts receivable and insurance coordination, working with residents, families, and the care team to ensure questions are answered and processes run smoothly.
Teresa brings 25 years of experience in healthcare and skilled nursing and has been a member of the Wilton Meadows team for over eight years. She holds a bachelor’s degree earned abroad and brings knowledge and experience to the business office.
Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Emily Quade, RN BSN
Director of MDS
Emily serves as the MDS Director at Wilton Meadows Rehabilitation & Health Care Center and brings more than 30 years of experience in long-term care, including over 23 years specializing in Minimum Data Set (MDS) coordination and care planning. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1991. Originally from the Philippines, Emily came to the United States in 1994 and began her nursing career in New York City before dedicating her work to long-term care. Guided by her faith and compassion, she is committed to supporting residents and their families each day. Outside of work, Emily enjoys music, dancing, and spending time with her son and family.

Jessie Varrato
Director of Nursing
Jessica Varrato is dedicated to providing compassionate, resident-centered care and supporting residents and families during their time at Wilton Meadows. As the Director of Nursing, she works closely with the care team to help ensure a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.
Jessie brings 6 years of experience in skilled nursing and senior care and is committed to quality outcomes and meaningful connections with residents.
Outside of work, Jessie enjoys working out, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Alexander Kowinko
Assistant Director of Nursing Services
Alex is committed to providing compassionate, resident-centered care and supporting residents and families throughout their stay at Wilton Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As Assistant Director of Nursing Services, Alex works in conjunction with the Director of Nursing Services to lead the nursing team and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care every day. Alex has five years of nursing experience that includes hospital experience, home care, long term care facilities, and received his BSN in 2021 from Sacred Heart University. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, improving his photography skills, and exploring new hobbies.

LPN – Infection Prevention & Wound Nurse
Every resident deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. As an Infection Prevention and Wound Care Nurse, my focus is on protecting residents from infection and supporting healing so they can maintain the best possible quality of life. Through prevention, early intervention, and compassionate care, I work to ensure residents receive the attention and protection they deserve. I help keep residents safe by monitoring wounds, promoting good hygiene practices, and guiding staff on infection prevention and proper care. I have worked in healthcare as a nurse for three years. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and crocheting.
Kim Philbin
Director of Recreation
Kim Philbin is the Director of Recreation at Wilton Meadows with over 20 years of experience supporting older adults. She believes recreation matters because it brings joy, purpose, and connection to residents’ daily lives. In her role, Kim creates meaningful activities that honor each resident’s interests, abilities, and life stories helping them feel valued and engaged. Outside of work she enjoys caring for her perennial gardens and shopping – simple pleasures that reflect the same joy and balance she hopes residents experience each day.
Pilar Rivera
Director of Housekeeping
Pilar Rivera has been a valued member of the Wilton Meadows team for over 10 years and has proudly served as Housekeeping Director since 2016. Throughout her time at the facility, Pilar has demonstrated a strong commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and homelike environment for residents, families, and staff.
In addition to leading the housekeeping department, Pilar often steps in to support the team as a CNA, reflecting her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond. She is certified in terminal cleaning, infection prevention, and deep cleaning, bringing a high level of expertise and attention to detail to her role.
Pilar takes great pride in her work and is passionate about creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout Wilton Meadows.
Outside of work, Pilar enjoys traveling to visit her son in Salt Lake City, Utah, as well as returning to her home country of Peru. She also enjoys visiting different churches and spending time exploring new places.
