US News Best Nursing Homes
The CMS Five-Star Quality Rating System assigns nursing facilities nationwide with a rating between one and five stars. We’re proud to be among the care facilities with four stars, who are considered to have a “much above average” quality compared to other nursing home facilities in their state.
Nestled in the heart of Fairfield County, WM shares property with its partner assisted living facility, The Greens at Cannondale. This partnership offers individuals the opportunity for continued care.
For example, a resident can start out living independently in an apartment and later transition to assisted living to receive more help with daily activities, or to skilled nursing to receive more medical care, while remaining in the same community.
The chief benefit of CCRCs is that they provide a wide range of care, services and activities in one place, offering residents a sense of stability and familiarity as their abilities or health conditions change.
